Stuff on my workbench today:
Just telling Dave this morning how happy I am. How well things are working out for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with my job in life (playing with tiny shiny, colorful things) while listening to my favorite music in a nice room with a view of bird feeders out the big front window. I recently got a new diamond trim saw (for cutting stones) and a new, much better stone grinding and polishing machine. I want to make my own stones again. I bought a few stones on etsy lately (very overpriced) and they looked good in the listing photos but after I got them they weren't so nice. I can make better stones myself and I wouldn't enhance the photos on my listings - (though I do manipulate the photos here on my journal). I have a lot of stone rough on hand that would make some really neat cabochons I think - picture jaspers and agates.
