like an inchworm
Just looked up and noticed how a new ring stamp (for stamping 92.5 inside a finished ring) looks like an inchworm crawling across the brass plate (that holds the ring while you stamp it). Or maybe it looks like a seal on a rock. Or a bird...
Walked the bike trail at Wilhelm this morning with Berdella and the grandboys. Gave her the necklace and earrings for her upcoming birthday and she really liked them. When we got back home we took a white kitten that seemed to have been dropped off last night out by the road to the Humane Society. Gabriel took the garbage out to the roadside last night and found the poor little thing hiding under a bush mewing pitifully. Makes me so disgusted with people who drop off animals for others to have to deal with. I just don't see how a kitten that tiny would have traveled it's way alone to the place we found it without a human leaving it there. Sad to leave him at the HS but I bet he'll find a good home soon.
