monday - changing
Monday. As usual - bath day for mom and the day to pay bills. Things I would like to do instead? Start a new repousse - of a bug this time. And get some ceramic faces glazed for Priscilla to choose from. What I would really like to do is walk right out of here and go somewhere else. Dave and Johnny went to work in the woods today. Dirty work and sweaty - cutting up steel pipes to sell for scrap. But it's a summer income for them so...
I am in the process of changing my woodthrushstudio.com over to a new hosting service (godaddy). I will be saving lots of money but I will also lose everything I had over at homestead. I feel like I am ready to clean house (figuratively) though and start brand new - looking forward to it actually. Dancing With Ghosts (my old online journal) and Dream a Day (dream journal) will be totally gone but I haven't put anything new there since 2006 (when I moved over here to LJ) so I really feel ready to let that go too. If you want a last look - HERE - it will be gone by the end of the week for sure.
I want to change my life drastically - get stronger and happier - spend more time on creative things. Not sure I can break away from the old me though. I'm pretty sunk in my life. I can make small changes though - got to remember that and small changes can add up to large changes over time!
