big eyed mouse
one photo a day inside - in the theme of holiday stuff this week i will call this "christmas mouse"
Jules caught this mouse at his house and then brought it over to me to care for until we figure out a good place to unload it. If it was summer we could just put him in the woods but with the freezing temps and snow on the ground it would be inhumane to do that now. We need to find an old abandoned barn far from any house and drop him off with a cup of sunflower seeds so he can get himself established.
~ PS - already an update on the mouse - I was putting a little lid with water into the bucket when he jumped on my arm, ran up it and leapt away. I am afraid the next time we see him he will have become a worn out plaything for either Oo-tapo or Milo... Darn!
