I went with Dave yesterday to Solon, Ohio - up by Cleveland - to see a Subaru Outback. But the guy never showed up to let us see it once we got there. So long trip for nothing. Not really nothing... Nice trip really. Time with Dave, a nap in the car, and lots of time to study the Lumix book and practice using the camera - and we ate at the Mandarin Seafood Buffet. They had a sushi bar even and lots of other stuff that I could eat.
now I can have fancy food pictures too! My plate is on the left.
I picked up some mullein roots (last year's plants) by a train track (where I went to pee as we waited for the guy with the Subaru). I think they look like some kind of gnarly hands or weird scepters:
~ This afternoon Jules and I make the trip back to Ohio to pick up the grandsons. 3 trips to Ohio in 3 days! Hmm! And I'm always complaining that I don't get out enough.
