I'm an early riser anyway (my regular alarm is set for 5:30) but I've been getting up even earlier lately - 4 am. I wonder what'll happen when we have the time change.
Last night. Sitting on the living room couch with Dave while I had the heating pad on my shoulder. I made myself a cup of chamomile tea to take into my PT room for evening shoulder stretches.
I found a tick under my right arm when I woke up this morning. It hadn't drilled into me much and I could just pluck it off but boy, did it make a sore and itchy spot there. It's now officially tick season. Colder weather but things haven't frozen yet.
Candy and I plan to go hiking at McConnells Mill today. It's one of our bigger outings to drive down there and then the hike is more difficult - lots of rocks to climb over. It's a beautiful place and so far it's been an annual event for us to go each fall. I'm tempted to take the d5600 this year. I try to resist taking so many pictures when I go there but I always cave. It'd be better to have the pics on a camera card rather than cluttering up my phone. Plus real camera pics should be better. It'll be a weight to carry though.
Hey, since I'm up so early I think I'll make scones for breakfast. That will be a pleasant surprise for Dave when he gets up and I could take a couple along on the hike.
