friday - later
"Take Me Home, Country Road". I was practicing it until I noticed the strange lighting situation that was happening so I had to stop and take a picture. The sun was bouncing off the roof of a building outside.
Rainy and I went on a 3 Mile Hike at Two Mile Park this morning. We went on the hillside trail in the southeast corner of the park. Not one of my regular places to go. It's steeper than most. Though I do try and visit every trail at least once a year. It's neat seeing things in different seasons. As I was walking along I was thinking about how walking with Rainy on the trails at Two Mile might be my most favorite thing to do. I enjoy walking with friends and would never want to lose out on that but being with Little Rainy Day as my companion is the best. She's always polite and never pulls. Totally quiet. Patient waiting for me. Well, people do some of those things too (they never pull me) but somehow I feel like humans might be thinking "oh my god, please, she's not going to stop to take a picture again!"
