Did a lot of hiking/roaming in the woods yesterday. Jan and I explored some woods roads and paths near Rainbow Rocks. There are a couple parking places beside the road near there and then you can see trails going into the woods - I just wanted to see where they went. Then in the afternoon Dave and I took the dogs to a place on the way to Clarion where he has a shanty in the woods. The dogs love running in the woods so much. Rainy becomes a muddy mess though - she's too low to the ground.
We pulled this thorn out of Andy's paw. It never went into the skin - it was just stuck in the fur between his toes. He could feel it with each step and was holding that foot up.
Our destination. Dave has a trail cam near here and he wanted to change SD cards in it.
Afterwards we called a Margarita pizza into Sweet Basil's. Dave picked it up and we ate it in the truck. We were too dirty to go in and sit down I thought. After running in the mud Rainy wanted to sit on my lap and I had dog prints all over my pants. Plus we knew S B's would be crowded with the valentine's day crowd and we would have had to wait a long time to get a seat. The wait line was out the door. On the way home Dave went into Red Express and got a pound of milk chocolate chunks. We ended up eating the whole thing.
Today's another busy day. Group at Berdella's and then my music lesson tonight.
