Love Bug. Used one of the OuiSi Nature cards for inspiration. Now I'm thinking it might be cool to make a project of doing this everyday. Probably just one of my ideas that fizzles out after a while. We'll see.
Jan and I hiked at Rainbow Rocks yesterday. Made a loop on a logging road then returned through the woods to the rocks on the return. Some pictures:

The main Rainbow Rock - the one with Indian petroglyphs carved into it. It always crosses my mind when I'm standing under it - what if it decided in this very moment to stop holding itself up?
After our hike we ate at The Villa (Villa Italia Ristorante). That place has been around for such a long time but it's still going strong. I was only around 6 years old when it opened. It had an A frame design to the building which was a new thing around here back in those days. Seemed very European.
I'm going to attempt to make a vegan shepherd's pie for game night tonight. I found a recipe with lentils as a main ingredient. That sounded weird at first but it might be good.
