Had a stay at home day yesterday - worked on my pin loom purse and got it sewed together. I also tried out eco printing with some leaves and flowers and used the kind of paper that I usually make my books with - sulfite paper. It was a total fail. The paper didn't take the dye from the vegetation at all. I'm going to try cotton watercolor paper next time. I'm glad I only used 3 sheets of the sulfite paper as a trial.
This morning it was my usual hike up in the Franklin Cemetery. Here's some pictures of the finished purse and cemetery stuff:
Here's the triangle pin loom purse before I felted it.
Self portrait with it finished. Looks "home made" but I guess that's okay - it is home made.
Here it is with little Rainy Day on my bed. :-)

Pictures from my cemetery walk this morning.
I just liked how the letters were raised on this one and thought I would play around with aperture settings.
The gingko tree will change color to its beautiful golden yellow soon. Maybe next week?
Little Sibley child under the gingko tree. .
A picture of the Schiffer eagle from a different angle than last time I was here.
Old faded plastic flowers. I thought they were really beautiful though.
Old wasp nest tucked into a stone crevasse.
The Pee Gee Hydrangeas are in bloom again, and the Burning Bushes have changed color.
Pee Gee.
A few of the turkey buzzards still perched on high - they seem to prefer the dead spruces. I always wonder if that line in that obelisk was put there on purpose or was it an accident.
