I dropped Rainy off for her haircut this afternoon and had an hour and a quarter time to kill so I walked up in the Franklin Cemetery. I didn't want to walk on the regular roads in the sun so I skirted the whole cemetery keeping to the edges where there was shade, seeing things from a different view point than I usually do. A few pictures:

No marker - no name - just this circle with a flower girl.

Holy Shit. Looks like Fred wanted to make sure he had his head stone written and ready. I was curious so I looked up Fred McCarren on facebook and there is a page devoted to "Find Fred McCarren a Liver" and he evidently did get a liver in 2021. Then there is no more mention of him. I hope he's doing okay.

This rainbow just out of nowhere.

Keeping to the edges.

Brownie Car waiting for me in the shade.

I thought this heart of a root was neat looking with its bright little fallen leaf.

Poor little Rainy Day is having a harder and harder time not being scared when she goes to the groomer. I really don't think the groomer is mean to her. I see other dogs getting worked on there and they all seem happy. She's just a sensitive little thing. I'm thinking about getting a clipper and seeing if I can cut her hair myself at home next time. I have an appointment for her in October and if I can't do a good job I could still take her.
