Today I am going to tackle dell. The hinge on my laptop is broken and the screen just flops. It's been that way for at least a month. I have to prop it on some books in the back to keep it stable. Decided today that this is the day. I hate to do it (use up so much of my day in contact with dell) but I'm coming to see that I just can't keep going with it like this. So that's it. All my news.
