I like most spiders and find them fascinating but daddy longlegs are repulsive to me for some reason. And they smell. Anyway - this was the only little animal I found this morning to try out a macro extension tube with. I would love to find a jumping spider. Once I had a little jumping spider that lived on my workbench. I had a pile of books on the back corner and he stood up on the top of that and would watch me and I would watch him. He wouldn't be there when I first sat down but then he'd appear. Looking at his face very closely it reminded me of a little furry dog's face but with 8 eyes.

The weather has changed - much cooler and dry feeling. It has an early autumn feeling to it. Looking forward to a hike at Two Mile with Rainy. But first Hazel and I are going somewhere to buy her tires this morning.
