Phone camera pic - cropped. Yesterday Jan and I hiked over to the lookout above the lake at Two Mile. It turned out to be a beautiful morning after the rain stopped. We ate at the Cabin on the Lake restaurant again.
Here's a pic I took last night with the 24mm lens - cropped a lot.
Another with the 24mm lens. Very much cropped too. All six of the girls, waiting for me to let them out for their evening foray. Now I usually wait till about 7:30 in the evening before I let them out and then I sit in that chair or another one near by and watch them as they search the yard for bugs and things to eat. Sebby said he saw a fox in the upper yard when he walked across for breakfast yesterday. I want to only let the chickens out now when I am outside too and can keep an eye on things.
For now I think I will try and use the big camera I already have more often and if I find myself doing that then I might decide I would get use from an even bigger full frame camera. I was going in the direction of using my phone camera almost exclusively but maybe I can turn that around. I do love the things that only a dslr can do.
A busy day today. Breakfast with Nancy, taking Sebby to an appointment in the afternoon and lots of piano practice to get ready for my lesson tonight.
