Yesterday Candy and I biked to Five Turtle Rock - a picnic spot about a mile down river from Belmar. One of my favorite spots.

When I got home from the bike ride I discovered that a pain had developed in my left hip. I could barely walk (without limping dramatically). I've had a pain like this before in that hip but it usually goes away after a few hours. When I woke up this morning it was still there. So darn. I have an etsy order to pack and there is always crochet, piano, collage and painting to keep me busy. It think today is going to be a good day to take it easy inside. Plus it's raining!
