The question:
15 If you knew there would be a nuclear war in one week, what would you do?
You mean the world will end in one week? We all will die? In the spring of 2012 I watched the Lars von Trier film
Melancholia which is kind-of the same scenario - a rogue planet is about to collide with earth and end all life. I had dithered on putting our old dog Tenzing to sleep but after watching the film the next morning I had the courage to call the vet. It was long overdue. I'd like to watch Melancholia again. It was a depressing film, yes, but it made you think. Personally I probably wouldn't do anything very drastic if the world was going to end. I certainly wouldn't go out and shoot people (cause everyone would die anyway). I might enjoy eating desserts more! I would try and reach out to my family and friends to say a last goodbye. Tell them what they meant to me. Or maybe I would try and convince the superpowers with the nuclear weapons to not use them. Join with a group of people trying to stop the coming war.

Dave and I went to Walmart early this morning. I wanted to see if Sunday morning is better than other days for mask-wearing folks to safely shop. I only saw one couple there this morning without masks so that was definitely better than it was last time I was there on a Saturday afternoon with 60% of the customers not wearing masks.
Rain most all day today. Blaa.
We bought a Stouffer's veggie lovers lasagna and it's in the oven right now. It'll be ready at noon. That brightens the day.
