Negativity.
Backache.
I've been having a backache frequently. When I walk on hard surfaces (like roads or the paved bike trail, but thankfully not when I walk in the woods at all), when I'm doing household chores, when I'm working in the basement, right now today - ever since I woke up. It feels like a hard clenching right in the middle of my back. I do believe it is psychosomatic. Which doesn't mean it's not real.
Going hiking soon with Candy. I have places to show her that I think she will appreciate at Two Mile. No more time for writing this morning...
