I'd like to fly a small plane. I guess it is the cost for lessons, or just the desire hasn't risen high enough in me to do anything about it yet. I still might...
Yesterday I made 2 quiches. For this one shown I used Pillsbury pizza dough as the crust. It was pretty good. Different. And then I made a crust-less quiche where I used no cheese. I used nutritional yeast in place of cheese for flavor. I made it with Rossy in mind cause he eats no dairy. It was good too, though it didn't look very good - kind of brown in color.
The gift of LIFE. Everything's better with a bird. I got the Empress card again today and I guess it's telling me to live life, be creative, now is a time to be productive. And I think I am being productive - I even cleaned the toilet yesterday! I slept deeply last night, all night long and woke up from a dream about Amish people. Dave and I had accidently come into their campground and we saw them behind the scenes of what they usually show outsiders. They were smoking pot and laid back. They were called Amish in the dream but they were much more like gypsies in caravans dressed like Amish. Their caravans were not colorful like gypsy caravans are. They were gray and black and plain like Amish buggies. They were shocked at first that we had appeared outside their door but then they became friendly and invited us in. Dave for some reason was angry that they were not what they "should" be (straight laced) - they were presenting a deceiving image. He said, let's get out of here. I was disappointed. I wanted to learn more since they were going to let us into the real deal. As we were leaving I noticed pussy willows growing in a ditch. Instead of white/gray pussy feet they had red velvet "paws" with black shiny stems like black glass. Very distinctive.
