Question:
19 When you take a shower, do you let the water warm up before you step in, or do you turn the water on after you step in?
Before, definitely.

Sketching. I got some more ideas for the mosaic. Put some playful things in there. A field of pansies with one goofy pansy with a real face and eyes and mouth. Clover field with one four leaf clover in it. Chloe used to love searching for four leaf clovers when she was a kid. Some eyes and little hands hidden here and there. I'd love to get it to the point where I have all the ceramic parts bisque fired so I can lay them out and see how it looks.

A mosaic I did a long time ago getting dusty from the chickens scratching around it now. I loved it at the time I made it but now it doesn't look so exciting. I'm really liking that now I am using my own ceramic elements for mosaic. I got the idea from Nancy Goodheart Matthews. She is a master with creative mosaic and ceramics. I love her work.

I was wearing sandals and I think I got poison ivy on my foot yesterday. Very itchy during the night and this morning when I looked at it it had that look. Darn.

Options today: Should I go for a walk at Two Mile this morning before it rains? Or should I just stay home and get really focused on house cleaning for once? I need to finish the bathroom and the kitchen. And there are always other places that could be cleaned in this house. Make a vegan cheese cake. Dave says he will clean the back porch but after that I want to add more small tables and chairs to it for social distancing. We can't all sit around the big picnic table like we used to.
