Question:
7 Do you prefer shopping online or in a store?
Online generally. Most stores don't have all the things I would want. I like to try clothes on before I buy them though so brick and mortar stores for that. And food too - easier to pick it up in a store.
I let the young chicks out again last evening. I am impressed by how friendly they are to each other. A very quiet and polite group. Peanut Butter is still a terrible grouch. I locked her into her house so the young ones could enjoy themselves outside. Little Comfort is a nice chicken and she went into the young one's house while some were still in there and walked around with them in a friendly way - no drama. Autumn is indifferent to the young ones so far. I'm looking forward to when I can let everyone out all day long and see nine chickens being busy in the yard together. That will be so cool.
Candy and I saw a big black snake on the bike trail yesterday. We biked from the brine treatment plant to a place I'm now calling Five Turtle Rock (a picnic place about a mile and a half past Belmar Bridge where I once saw 5 turtles on a big rock sunning themselves). That is a nice 11 mile trip.
Also big news for Hazel. She got her new (to her) car yesterday. Dave went with her to Erie and she got a white 2015 Honda Civic. It has all kinds of newfangled features and she loves it. It's really nice.
