The question:
8 Have you ever dyed your hair, and it didn’t turn out well?
I used to dye my hair when I was in my late 40's. I lightened it. I looked like a blond. I wouldn't say it was a mistake but I got tired of having to do it. I cut all my "blond" hair off - short - a pixie cut. So it must have been around 2001 cause Sebby was a baby then and I have a picture of me holding him with short hair. I've just let it grow since then, no dying. It's slowly getting grey.
Today Jan and I are walking in a new place. A dirt road near Cochranton beside French Creek. It's only about 1.6 miles long so it will be 3.2 in all. I drove along there last winter and thought it would be a nice place to walk. I hope I'm right. It's warm (55 F/12.7 C) right now and I see a bit of sun breaking through the clouds now and then.
We had our first thunderstorm last night. It was neat laying in bed and seeing flashes lighting up the room. Also Venus is very bright yellow in the evening sky right now. I noticed it a few nights ago.
