The question:
26 Let’s do some more pseudoscience! What’s your Myers-Briggs/Kiersey type? There are many versions of the test online, but here’s a good one:
https://www.truity.com/test/type-finder-personality-test-newI looked ahead at this question about a week ago and did the test then. When I came to the end of the test they wanted me to join their website to get an in depth answer. Boo. I did get the letters that supposedly represent my type - they are: ENFP the Champion, INFP the Healer, and INFJ the Counselor. After that I lost interest in the whole thing. I thought I don't care what I am. I am what I am.
Woke up during the night and was dizzy and my nose was congested. My last dream of the morning was something about the family gathering over next door. I was out front, and Sebastian and Roswell went by me and went in. I greeted them and said how much I had missed them recently. All the family was gathered in the living room and I came in and stood in the doorway (concerned about getting too close to anyone cause I might have the virus). They were watching a TV news story about a satellite that was going to entertain the people on earth with a game that we could all play together. I made some kind of little joke about the satellite connecting everyone now - all we had in my day was the telephone. Right then my cellphone on the bedside table dinged and told me I had a text and I woke up.
I guess I'm feeling better now that I've gotten up and moved around (did the animal chores) though I'm still having a bit of dizziness.
It is going to be a beautiful, sunny and (for March) warm day today. On Sunday Candy and I had talked about getting together today. Being outdoors would be a wonderful thing. Just not sure I feel like hiking 4 miles. This dizziness needs to go away. I used to do a thing called 20 x 2 when I was taking care of my mom. Twenty minutes outside 2 times a day. That was just enough to get refreshed when I was sure mom was safely in bed. If the weather was bad I'd go to my goatshed. If the weather was nice I'd take a little folding lawn chair and put it different places in the back yard and just sit and soak in nature for 20 minutes. Dave and I took the dogs for a walk to the creek yesterday and I noticed a few places I would enjoy putting a lawn chair for future sits. Right now I don't do enough "nothing". I take my phone everywhere and end up looking at it. It's distracting but not nourishing. Nature is nourishing. If I end up not hiking with Candy I think I will take my journal with me and have a few "sits" out back.
