Gary Cooper perhaps? No.
My dad - I did admire him a lot and thought he was the best man in the whole world when I was little. Yes.
Our dog Trixy? I wanted to marry him when I grew up. I was very young when I thought that so that might have been my first crush. I thought of dogs as people. Yes.
Dave and I are taking Rainy for her grooming this morning and then having breakfast at Linda Lou's while we wait for her. That will be our Valentine's Day outing. I will also have lunch (our semi-regular Friday lunch date) with Jules. We are meeting at Amazing Foods. As a vegan it is very hard for Jules to find places to eat out. Yes, he could have french fries and a fruit cup, a side of green beans or corn in most places but that doesn't make for a very pleasant dining experience. I'm hoping Amazing will work for us - that will add one more place we can go on Fridays.
Snowing at the moment - coming down like from a very evenly rotated flour sifter. This is the second day that I'm leaving the chickens in their run. No use letting them out in the yard - it's all snow covered and there's nowhere for them to scratch anyway.
