I just went out to fill the hummingbird feeder and looked over at the road and there was a dead deer. It probably has been there all night. I wondered why the chickens went into their coop all by themselves last evening. Usually I have to shuffle (push or lift them) them into the safety of the inner coop cause they want to sleep on the roost in the ( Read more... )

Try stretching, also the biking should help (and you haven't been biking much over the winter). Lemme know if things are getting worse and I can help if you want.

Thanks! I did bike today with Sebby. Lots of hills. It was hard but good. I’m looking up some stretches that are good for legs and knees and going to see if that helps. I feel like I am just naturally a tense, tight person. Stretches will be good.

I occasionally have knee issues. I find that hamstring stretches help.

Thanks. I’m looking up hamstring stretches now... I’m thinking that will help. I am naturally a physically very tight and tense person and I think I am finally getting to an age when I need to deal with it. Too many problems coming from it.

Aaaw...poor deer! And smart chooks!

Hmm...I am getting more knee pain in my left knee. Will have to look this stretches up. I, too, am a naturally tense person, and suffer a lot of the same pains as you.

That's lovey that Sebby said he'd walk with you - but not before his sleep-in!
