sunday - not a day of sun
We watched Stan and Ollie (2018) last night and really enjoyed it. I always did like Laurel and Hardy. I even named my 2 pet turtles when I was a kid after them. Fun to see some of the old skits and learn more about their real life characters. Pretty sweet really.
Sunday - a day of not much of anything happening. I remember an old friend of Pat's and mine, Jim Hutchison used to talk about how much he hated Sunday. No mail, stores closed, church rubbed in your face (must have been cause he lived with his mom), no newspaper, bars closed. He was on his diatribe about Sunday while playing Yahtzee with Pat. One of the few things he could do on a Sunday. They would play Yahtzee for hours on end, for days on end, while smoking pot. I would be more excited about this particular Sunday if it was warmer and drier. Only supposed to get up to about 50F today. Not the best biking weather.
I did some research on bike seat posts and I'm sure there are ones out there that might get my seat down by at least 1/2" for sure - that might be all I need. Before I order one I want to talk to the bike guy in Meadville. I have a tendency to want to order something NOW to fix whatever problem I might have. I can be impulsive. Having Amazon available 24/7 doesn't help. That is one of my flaws.
Dave made "healthy" (low sugar) oatmeal cookies this morning. That is what I'm having for lunch. I made tuna macaroni salad last night - which is what I had for breakfast.
