wonderful wednesday
I really like the days I get out and bike or hike or get a visit with a friend but I also love just staying home and frequently Wednesday is the day to stay home. It helps that it is so rainy today - there is no chance of anything but staying in the house. I have new music to listen to - The Antlers - I got turned on to them yesterday by bleodswean. Also I have some jewelry to make. Candy wants me to make 2 gifts for her friends in Massachusetts that she will soon be visiting.

Yesterday Jan and Berdella and I walked about 2 miles at Lake Wilhelm on the Falling Run trail. I thought that might be a short enough walk to not be painful for my foot but it wasn't. It wasn't agony but it did keep my mind on it. It is going to take a long time to get this foot back to normal I guess. Blaa.
I plan to make a big pot of vegetarian chili today. That will be a good food for a damp cold day. Looking forward to that for lunch with hearty bread and cheese - yum.
