It is a pretty neat lens. I think I will try to get out a special lens or filter every day that I am able and get out there and take some photos. It will be a good way to get out of myself and my worries.

The blood root flowers are very pretty. Weren't they used by the native peoples as a herb long ago?

I know! It was seeing photos taken with the lensbaby lens and wanting to do things like that that got me to buy a dslr camera in the first place. Playing around with strange effects is my favorite thing - but it does take a lot longer to get photos. I wish I could bring myself to invest in a newer camera. I have the Nikon d5000. At some point I would like to upgrade to the d5500 or d5600.
