Today Dave and I ran some errands in Oil City and I wanted to visit another old restaurant that I have heard of all my life but never visited - Famoore's Family Restaurant.
They have some kind of special sweet roll that everyone says is to die for. But we found out they only serve them on Sundays! Will have to go back then.
The primary decoration is a huge display of these model cars, on both sides of the front door as you walk in. Just a little small town eatery with torn seat cushions and lots of Christmas decorations everywhere. Now I can say I have been to Famoore's. The next place I need to go that I have heard of all my life but never been to is McNerney's Tavern.
