Grabe. These past two weeks (particularly this week!) are so filled with stress. I'm so burned out. Lately, I've been sleeping 1-2 hrs a day, then napping when I get home from school and start at about 10 pm again. Hay.
Not to mention the Socials quiz I had kanina. Panira talaga. I should have thought of my answer better. I wrote the correct answer na nga, and crossed it out pa! Anubah! There goes my 100 on the card! I guess I'll have to settle for 99 then.
MUST. GET. THAT. 99.
Coincidentally, we're talking about stress in Planning, and Ms. Silvers noted that so many U-Hillians sleep late every day just because of marks, and I can't help but agree. However, I can't say that that's completely bad either because EVERYONE (or at least 85% of my school) wants to excel, right? And in order to do that, we just really have to bust our butts and burn the midnight oil. The mere fact they're putting in a considerable amount of effort to achieve their goal is a good thing in my eyes, most especially because children are taking education for granted nowadays. I'm glad to know I'm in a school filled with competent yet extremely caring, friendly and helpful people (mostly). Of course, there will ALWAYS be an exception to the rule.
By the way, we got Biodots last class, and basically, it tells you how stressed you are based on the color of the dot (like a mood ring). I was a "black," which was the highest level of stress on the spectrum. I lost the Biodot 15 minutes after. Haha. Liit lang kasi. Kasinlaki ng sequin.

In other news, I love this song by Carrie Underwood!
Not only does it have a catchy tune. It also has amazing lyrics.
Country music rocks. Haha. [The video's amazing too. Very touching.]
Listen to the lyrics by heart, and you'll just feel this sense of comfort.
I guess that's what makes Carrie Underwood so inspirational.
Well, at least her Christian-inspired songs are. Haha.
I dunno. The lyrics just, well, struck me. I'm not sure if this is what the song means, but the message I got from it is that when your life is just full of problems and just practically sucks, don't give up. There will always be people who have your back, people who care for you, people there to support you. These people are the "love" she talks about in the song.
"Oh and when you figure out love is all that matters after all, it sure makes everything seem so small."
LYRICS AVAILABLE
HERE.
I guess I won't be able to fully explain it yet (or relate the two) since I'm still on my 23rd play count (hahaha) and also because I don't have enough time to make an essay about it now, a.k.a at 4:23 in the morning. Anyway, if you decide to watch the vid, enjoy!
