Whoa, my mom told me tonight that she is going to try going vegan. I'm super proud of her. My next project is to try to get her to bike or rollerblade to work when it gets warmer.

On another note, I've gotten Ryan Dolan and his friends hooked on ethiopian food. Mission accomplished.

Yeah, the other cool thing I wanted to mention about my mom is that she has been reading alot of bell hooks books lately. Awesome.

Yes, I do know all those things...

But still, I feel the need to try. Maybe it's that back in freshman year, when I was first getting into alot of political stuff, your level of passion and devotion to certain things helped me develope my hope for humanity. I don't know.

Or maybe I'm wrong, and we're all fucked.

Either way, I'm going to keep annoyingly trying to convince you that humanity has certain positive traits, even though I don't think you will ever believe me.
