It's been almost a year since I've written anything in here. It's kinda weird to do it again.
I started working at Chicago Soydairy today. It's a pretty interesting experience, it's like a combination of one part sticky and gross, one part childish delight, and one part manual labor. I definitely need build up some strength to to be able to lift and pour buckets of ingredients into machines all day without it be so exhausting. Getting more sleep (or any sleep) the night before would have helped too, I bet. Today was a mix day, which I hear are not as fun as ice cream days, which will come tomorrow.
