I am a little ping-pong ball...
Okay, my head it is tired from all the jumping back and forth. I'm trying to get my life in order and Steve and I have been doing a lot of talking. We NEED to decide where we're going to be living and we both decided that if we close our eyes and jump we land on Chicago. So we've come full circle. Steve is still very gung-ho about Boulder (damn me for putting that idea in his head!), but we're both very happy with this decision. I have found a great job to apply to (the getting of it is the part I have no control over so we'll let that be) and some possible apartments and I'm hoping to get over there to visit Cami and Keith and Julian and go job/apartment hunting. I know I don't have a great sense of the city, but I really really think it's right for me. I can see myself being happy with the intellectual life, the social life (one of the apartments I'm looking at is basically around the corner and a few blocks down from Cami's apartment!), and the city life. If I love it I might just apply for school there to get my master's. Who knows. So Cami - get back to me and let's see when I can come visit you! I'm so excited.
PS. From the last entry I realized I forgot something. I lost the majority of my notes from Sci-Fi Film - the class I probably would have looked back on the most and the notes from which I was excited about binding for future reference. Damn damn damn. I lost lots of those kinds of things. But again, so it goes...
