Back in California
I'm home! Not for long, though. Off to Napa tomorrow. Lunch at French Laundry (eeee! So excited!), various wineries, good drink and food all around. And I get to dress up. Yay dressing up. Boo not being home for very long. I have ridiculous amounts of unpacking to do. Let's see how long I will be able to be under the thumb of my parents' collective will before I run screaming into the arms of some job or another and find my apartmnet haven. Looked at some places in San Francisco online. They look so nice! I want an apartment now!
Saw The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants today with Lia. Hooray sister-bonding time. It was adorable and true to the book and shamelessly tear-jerker-y but totally worth it. I love feel-good fare. Yes, I cried. Can't wait for Batman given the good reviews. Maybe my Uncle Todd will go with me after Napa. We had a really long and utterly dorky conversation about Star Wars and its inconsistencies and possibilities today. So enjoyable.
