I've decided that I need to start working out again.
I don't really give a shit about the appearance aspects of it (body building etc). I don't enjoy going to the gym to work out, nor am I willing to invest in a set of weights.
Thus, I'm planning on trying to incorporate cycling (not stationary, that's gay), yoga, and basic calisthenics (push ups, chin ups, crunches, etc).
Any other suggestions along these lines?
