Pesky supermoon

Full moon tonight. It was certainly different. Tons of ambulances and police on the roads. At one point, I passed two in two blocks and another pulled a car over ahead of me for no reason. Driver wasn't speeding, used turn signals, no lights out, nothing. No idea what's stirred everyone up so much. Solstice moon, change in revenues, summer season - perhaps. All I know is a lot of bad things were happening tonight to people. Everyone, take care of each other and be safe out there.

I had my first migraine tonight in about a month or so. I've been lax about my supplements, but I always take them before a shift. Everything was fine until I walked into a gas station bathroom with a flickering strobe fluorescent. Closed my eyes in there, but bam! vertigo, neuro symptoms, nausea and a headache in my left eyebrow. Meds managed most of the effects, but not all of them. My scalp was crawling all night from nerve sensitivity, light sensitivity and whatever gets out of balance in there to make post-migraines a long ride. Manageable yet extremely uncomfortable and distracting. Glad to call it a night an put the head to bed. Hopefully I won't have to put it in a hatbox in the morning. I'd really like not to have a continuation of neuro symptoms. I've been having a lot of fun, exercise and catching up lately. These are good things brain! Don't let the light put you in the hatbox. It's just pesky light. You used to love light. Grumbles about hobbitses and precious.
