here i am
hellllloooooo - i'm here! or perhaps i should say g'day. heh
as per usual, it is rainy and overcast here.... but it feels kind of fitting. there are windows and skylights galore, so its nice to hear the rain. today my aunt is going to show me around a bit... i think the deal is that we're heading to the Westminster-ish area, then going to check out the Rubens ceiling that Dr. Anderman suggested at the Banqueting Hall (my aunt has never been there and says she'd like to check it out too), then checking out the Tate Modern and Tate Britain... and maybe other stuff. its great that there is lots to do on rainy days here :P hmm what else.. i'll have to take pictures of the house here... i like it. though the water pressure in the bathroom i'm using (which i have all to myself.. cool) really sucks... most of the water continues to come out the spicket instead of the showerhead..... oh well. i have my own little room though and i really like the decoration in this house... yay. i also took some really nice pictures from the plane yesterday when i was going from philly to boston.... it was just before the sun started to rise and the sky was really gorgeous. and then, of course, as soon as the sun starting peeking up from the horizon, my damn camera batteries died... grr. but oh well. okayyy i have to get ready to go. i shall post next time with pictures!!
