(no subject)
fuckin a... i rock.... 53 bucks in tips tonight, kids. thats right, a new record. one lady gave me a 20 and theres this one guy who's there every Thursday and Friday and always gives me 5 or 10 bucks. tonight he gave me 15... in 5 dollar increments :P 5 at first, then he asked me to play a song, which i did... he stood there behind me as i played it, and afterwards he gave me another 5.... then before he left he came over and gave me another. i was like woooo thanks buddy. of course i didnt say that, because i didnt notice til after he actually left how much he gave me. ya know... cause itd be kind of rude to just go and look in the glass right after someone walks away... so i always try to wait til the person's gone til i check.
so yeah that was great. tomorrow i'm going to LVC for homecoming.. woohoo. will be fun to see some friends, i suppose... football game, random who knows what for awhile, probably P-Hut for dinner, then possibly a trip to Borders. at least thats the temporary itinerary, i think. i shouldnt be eating P.H. again though cause tonight after i got done playing, i got a small thing of breadsticks and a personal pan pizza from there. i mean not that i mind eating P.H. 2 days in a row.... but i just really shouldnt. baaadddd. sigh.
then London on Wednesday... yay. i went to the library 2 days ago and got a couple of books about places to go/see/etc.... and i also emailed Dr. Anderman tonight and asked her for some suggestions of things she thinks i might like to see (aside from the regular touristy stuff, obviously). i said it didnt even have to be anything art-related. i'm guessing she'll give me some good ideas.
alright thats enough for now.
p.s. - never underestimate the power (? ... perhaps importance) of a pair of warm socks on a cold night. vanilla candles are nice too. yes, i know this is very random. but thats what i do best.
