(no subject)
i broke this skirt out again yesterday... lol. hadn't worn it in 6+ months. actually yesterday i bought some of those black leggings/tight spandex-y pants that go to mid-calf... the kind that are apparently cool to wear with skirts. i wore those + this outfit + my black Chucks and it was funny.
now that i look at this edit i dont like it... oh well. it was annoying to work on cause my face was way too overexposed due to the stupid flash and the skirt wasn't that noticable so i tried to balance it out.
ooo look, i gave myself blue eyes :P
(i actually tried that ^^ a couple yrs ago on some silly program called PictureIt! before i learned how to get around on Photoshop. anywayz, it looked really fake and dumb that time awhile ago but i think this is relatively realistic?)

oh & i got out of having to go to jury duty tomorrow... apparently there are no trials. yayyyy. however i have to call the # tomorrow after 5 for additional instructions? dumb
yesterday i went shopping with my mommmm and bought some cool stuff... a hot black pencil skirt @ Macy's that was on sale... then we went to NY & Co. which i don't usually like too much but i found a couple things... another black skirt that looks vaguely school-uniform-ish (pleats in the front) but in a sophisticated way... 2 tanktops... a nice short sleeve sweater... blah blah blah.
our partayyy is Friday and it better not rain!! as of now, the weather looks good. at least my J. Crew dress arrived yesterday. its actually a little too big but oh well
4th of July was pretty boring here. didnt end up going to a parade in the morning and it rained/drizzled at night so we didnt even go see any fireworks. at least there was a good dinner (burgers & first corn-on-the-cob of the yr).
