i think it's that time once again... time to watch Office Space. at one point i watched it somewhat frequently (at college)... but i haven't watched it in over a year. i know that i at least haven't seen it since i started working at Commerce... and now it will be all the more funny. there are a bunch of people i work with who have actually never seen it, and i keep telling them i'm gonna bring it in and let them borrow it. hahahaha
and wow, i was way too amused/amazed a bit ago when i sat down to figure out the little riff for 'Edge of the Ocean' and realized that the main progression is actually I - v- IV. hardly anyone will know what this means... but yeah, its very strange to use the minor V chord in a piece that's in a major key. usually it seems very out of place in a major key, but it totally fits right in in this song, and i didn't take notice at all until i sat down to figure it out. hahaha. ok, enough theory talk. i miss theory classes though.....
