swimming through the ashes

So today I went and had bloodwork done for like, the first time since I was really little.

I definitely fainted. W. T. F. She took two tubes, and I fainted. I mean, I'm petrified of needles and hate the way they feel but after whining a little before the fact and not looking at all, I was okay. It really wasn't so bad. But when she was done, NOPE!

FAINTED!

I suck, ha!

I went to Beaners Biggby's** and got myself a really sweet latte because I felt like I needed some sugar in my system and I feel a bit better BUT still kind of like... weak-ish. Bleeeeeeh.

And to think I wanted to try giving blood at school next year!! How many people need B-? 2% of the world!! This mindset will be certain to backfire one day when I need blood. I know it.

Still have my lesson today, but I think I'll be okay.

Quick question that I'm cross posting to a healthy living community in a moment: Should I forgo exercising today? I've made it habit to bike-ride out to Walbridge Park and do the mile or DDR the equivalent just about every day, but what do you think? Should I take it easy?

**Beaners changed its name, finding it racist, apparently, but no one I know actually calls it Biggby's. Either way, it's basically a smaller, localized Starbucks that happens to be much closer to my house than Starbucks.

medical, food, school, stupid rosie is stupid, viola, music, excercise
