something for protection
I hope everyone had a GREAT Independence Day evening!! Salvina and I did!
I ended up going over to that party thing at about 4:15 for dinner and whatnot. It was fun, I guess, I stayed occupied.
Then we went back home for a little bit and headed over to the pump station!!
The cool thing about the pump station is
a) Only city employees, potentially specifically the water treatment plant, since it's... a pump station, can get into the gates, so there's only like, 5-10 cars at most there
b) You get to see a lot of fireworks displays like a big panoramic!
We saw smaller ones. The people who lived nearby seemed to be doing one RIGHT NEXT TO US which was cool, and then the main downtown fireworks which is technically "our show". Salvina and I watched them on top of Dad's van.
Which he let me move for him. Holy fuck that van is a piece of crap.
