1. download bittorrent if you don't have it already.
2. download this. http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4643407/Macromedia_flash_8_[pro]_key[by_garrow23] (ignore big buttons click "DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT" in green font)
3. open up bittorrent. go to file > add torrent, and select the torrent from your downloads folder (or wherever you happened to save the Macromedia flash pro 8 torrent file).
4. open up the ZIP file (most likely in either your downloads folder or the same folder you downloaded the original torrent file to). download the installer and install (which is in the folder, along with a file called keygen.exe). i suggest using WinRAR to open ZIP files if you don't have any programs for doing that. just right click > open with > WinRAR Archiver. it took a while for flash to download for me so you might have to wait a bit, too.

5. once finished installing and running flash, you should see some colorful, box-shaped promo window with the software box inside of it. there are a couple of white font options like install and blah blah. click around for what you need and eventually gives you some boxes to enter a code in. use the keygen.exe file that was in the ZIP folder, choose flash 8 as the product, and generate a code. bam. fully-functioning and registered version of flash 8.
that looks overly-complicated but you shouldn't run into too many problems unless i derped up, which i may have done.
