"Country of Origin" Labeling Law is Lacking
On September 30th a new imported food labeling law goes into effect to help protect consumers. While something is better than nothing the law is a bit lacking.
This is why I do most of my shopping at Publix. They label where all their produce comes from, and all their meat too, I think. Actually I thought it was the law to do so already. Maybe it was just a Florida law.
