Wow, it's pouring out today!! I'm glad I don't have to go to work or anything. -g-
Mani of the day: OPI Yodel Me On My Cell.
There's a picture here, but really, guys? What she says in her entry about the camera washing all the green out of this polish is completely true. I actually kind of boggled when I first looked at the swatches on other blogs because I was almost convinced that I had put on an entirely different polish by mistake.
But no, I have the right one - it's just that the camera doesn't do this particular polish justice at all. But it's a gorgeous deep blue-green - very fall-ish and perfect for the type of weather we're having today.
Ohhhh, and I just picked up Galaxy Girl by Orly, which is a gorgeous deep purplish-green - I read a review that compared it to a bruise, which is true, but it's far prettier! I may have to fight Katie over it before she leaves. -g-

Yesterday Katie and I went down to the outlets outside of Seattle and spent FAR too much money, haha. (Consider it as support for the US economy!) But I have six new tops & two comfy zip-up sweaters as well as two pairs of jeans and some new bras, so I am happy. Though I think I got the jeans a size too big, meh, they already feel a bit too big as they stretch a little. But at least I'm set on clothes for awhile, and some of them are truly gorgeous - I wish I could get down to Lane Bryant more often, or that they would start allowing shipping to Canada again - they're one store I really like going to, and Reitmans here in Canada isn't quite as good.
Tomorrow we think we might go to the aquarium, and then on Wednesday I head back to work... Anyone planning on watching Nikita this week?
cirakaite was a die-hard fan of the original series, so she may hate it, but we are going to give it a try anyway.
