I remember four years ago, feeling the despair on my friends list and wondering if it would ever lift. The joy and jubilation over the last three has more than made up for it.
I do truly feel as though I'm witnessing history, as cliche as that might sound. I just know I'll remember today, and I like the reasons I'll remember it.
