Cai has spent about 95% of her time on top of her new scratching post since we bought it. -g- She is such a happy cat right now.

Unfortunately, my cold seems to have settled into my sinuses, for the most part - a lot of the congestion and the cough has faded, but there's just this pressure and it's distracting. So Sudafed is my new friend at the ( Read more... )

I want a permanent account too but also can't justify the cost, lol.

Oooh, you got one of those paper dragons. Man, my stupid dial up connection doesn't let me get the cool eggs, lol.

Also, since you seem to be the dragon master, any suggestions for a sick hatchling?
I think it needs more unique views but I have no idea how to go about it :-/ Maybe I should just abandon it.

Haha, I only got that one by chance, trust me.

How old is it? If it only just turned into a hatchling, I'd suggest fogging it - under actions - for about 24 hours. Then you can probably unfog it and either leave it alone or put it on the Daily Dragon Fix if the site is back up again. I normally leave my eggs and hatchlings alone for the first day to day and a half and then post it places, if that helps - they shouldn't get too many views when they're young, either as an egg or a baby. :P Picky things.

LOL.

It just hatched not too long ago. It still has 6.96 days to grow up.

These are its stats so far.

I fogged it for now. Hopefully it'll get better...

Yeah, when it's that new and if you've posted it somewhere, fog it so that it has some time to recover, hehe. I don't know, maybe new dragons don't like all the attention? -g- If you unfog it sometime tomorrow it should be okay - just do leave it the 24 hours, even if you're impatient :P

Yeah, I tend to post them on three sites. With eggs I'll wait a day or two before doing so, but as hatchlings I usually leave them up. I guess this dragon doesn't like that though, lol. I've currently fogged it, and I'll unfog it tomorrow night. Thanks for the help!

Any suggestions for a sick close to maturing hatchling? I fogged it, and I've seen removed all my dragons and eggs from these sites but blah. I like this hatchling, I already named her and everything.

The fogging should put it on hold until it can get better, at least it won't grow up, if that makes sense. Just wait until you see the message go away and then unfog it, and it should grow up -nods- And when you unfog it, if it doesn't grow up properly, when it's below 3 days you can put it in the ER at the DC fansite. It probably just needs to be fogged for a bit in order to recover, though. What are the stats?

Okay, sounds good. The stats are the following:

Overall Views: 3467
Unique Views: 1379
Clicks: 23

It has 4.83 days to grow up.

So does that mean I should also wait for the message to clear up on my other hedgeling before defogging? Or should I just go ahead and defog after 24 hrs?

It probably has too many views and unique views. And yeah, you can wait and see if the message vanishes, it should even if you have them fogged.

Well the message seems to have disappeared now, although I still haven't bothered to defog it.

The other hatching is still sick though.

But thanks for all the help!
