dear anyone who cared:
i found a place to live, it seems exciting. i am scared of living with strangers, but the 2 boys i will be living with seem very nice and nerdy and calm. i have an entire floor with 2 rooms and 2 walk in closets all to myself. it's kind of like an upstairs loft space. updates to follow on whether or not i like it.
in other news I LOVE my job. it is so cool, i can go to work whenever the hell i want to in the morning and the work so far is fairly boring but it is going to get more exciting when i know what is going on a little bit more. but the people are fun and we just read blogs and make fun of John McCain all day. and watch videos of weird midwestern candidates.
i can't believe that i am actually working in Internet Politics. And at an organization that is quickly becoming a sort of netroots revolution ( i promise you will start hearing a lot about ActBlue very very soon.) this is what i care about and i'm doing it and they are actually PAYING me!!! it's pretty intimidating though because it turns out i have a lot to learn about electoral politics, especially at the state level. it's rough.
