poop

well this stupid girl that lives in the next townhouse has a big dog. now we love big dogs .. hello oni is tysons best friend and she towers him. anyways.. this dog keeps coming to our windows and she pees. usually she goes past our windows but yesterday she decided to poop in front of our living room window.. it was open. all of my windows had been opened all day. the girl.. no where to be found. she lets to dog out of the gate(they live in the town house next to our apartment building.. ) lets her run all over and then calls her back. shes is young.. thin.. why is it so hard for her to take the damn dog down to the potty area???? now.. i dont do it often but its usually because its too cold to take the baby out or hes asleep. if hes awake and its warm.. we go. this just pissed me off so i run outside to see where she is and nothing. then a min later she comes out and i asked if she was gonna pick up after her dog. she gave me a look and said yes. now when she comes up i go into my living room and slam the window close. it pissed me off! i think its rude! should i call the apartment manager and tell her what happened and what keeps happening??
the owners live upstairs and so far i guess they keep missing stuff like that. but then again .. they never open up the blinds .. or at least it never seems like it.
well time to feed the booger.. wait.. hes pooping now lol. time to change him lol.
