Actually I found the movie quite enjoyable. I read the 1st book last night because I was too hot to sleep, so I know there are a million differences. But it might be because I saw the movie first and then read the book. The Guy I'm interested in has a theory and after seeing the DaVinci Code with him I agree. When you read the book and then see the movie the movie NEVER lives up to the book, or the reading of the book ruins the movie for you. He said this was the reason he hadn't read the book before seeing the movie, but because I had read the book, I found that the movie was a little bit of a let down in the sense that I knew who characters were when they were introduced and what they meant to the plot (so no surprises) and there were differences that I found annoying and that they took something away from the plot that the book followed. He had trouble seeing the Lord of The Rings movies because he read the books 1st and was looking at all the flaws ( ... )

the third book is the best :) I also watch the movie first I like the movie DaVinci Code and I also read the book. They changed alot from the book but they kept the most important parts.

Kostas has a very important part in the third one. I really hope they have a fourth one.

I enjoyed the movie but the book is so much better. I like the part Lena's grandma plays. She wants Lena to date Kosta. In the movie the whole family hated Kosta. That changes the story a lot.

See I''ve read the 1st book only, so my opinion is based solely on that book. However, in the movie they warm up to Kostas. And the grandfather I love in the movie. I've only got the 1st two books, now you make me want to rush out and buy the third. But I will wait for payday next week. And then bring them to the cottage with me.
