Not Jesus...Tom Welling
I wrote this last Friday (11/28/08) when I was waiting for my flight in the airport:
I am currently trying to kill time during my 3 hour layover. I slept for most of the first flight. I was sitting next to a couple, probably in their '50s. I used my phone, which has TW wallpaper, when I got on the plane. Then while I was drifting in and out of sleep, I was listening to my iPod.
When the plane landed, I reached in my bag for my phone and the woman next to me said, "I like your screen." I had no idea what she was talking about but I smiled and said, "thanks." Then she said something like, "it was Jesus right?" I said no and then she said something about thinking it was Jesus.
That was the end of the conversation. I still don't know if she was referring to an album cover she saw on my iPod or to Tom on my cell phone.
I choose to believe that the woman saw TW on my phone and had a religious experience and thought she saw Jesus. :-)
